2. Data Security
We try our best to keep all client information and server data secure. However, clients are strongly advised to keep their own backups of files, databases, and important data.
3. Renewal & Billing Policy
- All Hosting and VPS services must be renewed before the expiry date.
- Clients are requested to renew their service at least 3 days before the service expiration date.
- If any service remains unpaid or overdue for more than 7 days, all account data, server files, databases, backups, and related information may be permanently deleted from our servers without further notice.
- Deleted data may not be recoverable.
4. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Illegal activities
- Abuse of server resources
- Violation of our terms and policies
5. Backup Responsibility
Although we may keep temporary backups, Hostiqs Hosting & VPS does not guarantee backup recovery. Clients are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.
6. Policy Changes
We may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

আমরা আপনার তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তাকে গুরুত্ব সহকারে বিবেচনা করি। আমাদের Hosting, VPS, Domain এবং অন্যান্য সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. আমরা যেসব তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
আমরা গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে নিচের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি:
- নাম
- ইমেইল ঠিকানা
- মোবাইল নাম্বার
- বিলিং তথ্য
- IP Address
- Server ও Account ব্যবহারের তথ্য
২. তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা
আমরা গ্রাহকের তথ্য ও সার্ভারের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ফাইল, ডাটাবেস ও তথ্যের নিজস্ব Backup রাখা সম্পূর্ণ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৩. রিনিউ ও বিলিং নীতিমালা
- Hosting ও VPS সেবার মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার আগেই Renewal করতে হবে।
- মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ৩ দিন আগে Renewal সম্পন্ন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
- কোনো সার্ভিসের বিল ৭ দিনের বেশি Overdue থাকলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট Account, Server Data, Files, Database এবং Backup আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে স্থায়ীভাবে Delete করে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
- Delete হয়ে যাওয়া তথ্য পুনরুদ্ধার করা নাও সম্ভব হতে পারে।
৪. সার্ভিস Suspend বা Terminate
নিচের যেকোনো কারণে আমরা সার্ভিস Suspend বা Terminate করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি:
- বিল পরিশোধ না করা
- অবৈধ কার্যক্রম
- Server Resource Abuse
- আমাদের নীতিমালা ভঙ্গ করা
৫. Backup সম্পর্কিত দায়িত্ব
আমরা অস্থায়ী Backup রাখতে পারি, তবে Backup Recovery এর কোনো গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি না। নিজস্ব Backup রাখা সম্পূর্ণ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৬. নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই Privacy Policy পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করতে পারি।
